Is Cisco arm twisting vendors for rate card in order to retain red badges ? I see most of preferred vendors are sub-sub contracting resources and new rates will eventually impact resources and than qualify of resource.

Cisco IT still has a bunch of success inhibitors who are grade 9/10/11/12, they all are still around.
World is under the impression that US managers are smart, but its surprising to know that they know very little about who is productive to their team & organization.
I guess some of these Cisco Managers lack experience in recognizing quality workers.

I work at Cisco and am surrounded by non-value added resources supplied by ZENSAR Technologies.
They are the preferred vendors and operate on good margin, they usually have college pass outs from INDIA who come here as "Technical Leads" some of who have very little knowledge of English.
Each of the Zensar Technologies ACCOUNT MANAGER's, have a money pass through mechanism to to Cisco Managers located in US but they hail from INDIA. I hope IRS wakes up and puts a stop on this way of money laundering
I wonder what USCIS & the our president Trump is doing about it. It does not matter if they are Republican or Democratic, US better take control of the situation especially when it comes to low quality people coming from INDIA.
WITCH of the industry A.K.A Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant and HCL are the non-value added resource supplier, they are the preferred vendors which operates on lower margin, they usually work with second level sub-contractors to supply resource. Other pure body shopping vendors like bay area tech works, SRS, Xoriant, insight global and more are no different. they are just resume supplier. who make easy money as pass through vendors. they never invest single penny on resource skill set development.
wipro is laying of old people right, left, center to trim opex per friends there.
half-competent younglings who never say no, obedient to managers, no family, no interest in family and are willing to work any hours are the new favourite employee of SV giants like csco
Wipro is a red badge supplier. They want old experience people to leave and want to send WASE students as cheap alternative.
