Can somebody from West Palm Beach confirm that only 120 people are being laid off by Sikorsky instead of the announced 500?
Call me paranoid, but lately I have trouble believing anything that has any kind of official stamp to it. It would be good to hear from somebody directly affected by this.

I work at the stratford facilility and i read that WPB was closing and all the employees had to find jobs in other states. This was all supposed to happen by end of 2018. So alot if people heeded the warning and left. However..... its now 2/2019 and that place still open. Heard it was a scare tactic from upper management. I know this cause my dad works in florida and im in connecticut
@4iqf Yes, I can confirm - FAFO is closed indeed. Six months is also true.
My husband is already gone. FAFO is closed. Only 100 left and they are working at DFC. Doing very limited production in 2019. Expected total closure in six months.
A lot of employees were offered work at other LM facilities. My husband is one of nearly 200 who took employment in Fort Worth, TX.
