Sears/Kmart is an uninspiring place to shop!
Mr Boutros seems to think all it takes to be relevant again is holiday signage
Just what kind of magic are they planning on bringing to all the stores?
They say they are on their toes yet where is the hype for Black Friday just a few weeks away?
Mr Boutros said they do not have rose colored glasses on
It what mr Boutros that said we (Sears and Kmart) will sleigh the holidays!!
He also mentioned they are redirecting resources from the 149 store closings to the "go forward" stores (400 Eddie wants) and the call center.. Ok.. So what about the other 210 stores that are in limbo? Are they not getting any holiday magic sent their way?
This guy is a smooth talker.. Just like those Kirby vacuum sales people of yesterday. Lol
Same old tired ad sets week after week
Same old lazy managers worried more about their donuts than running the store properly
Same old lack of communication from management
Same old baloney different day different year
Their is no magic in shopping at Sears or Kmart
