It's a wonder Juniper isn't in worse shape than it is, considering the complete lack of leadership and proper direction for the past several years. No matter how many times it becomes obvious that some kind of change is required, those on top just shrug it off, and continue the course.
And then when things fall apart and revenue and profits fail to meet yet another set of goals and projections, they resort to the only thing they know - reorganizations that mean layoffs and more layoffs, and not to forget, layoffs.
I'm starting to think this company would be better off if it was sold to somebody who'd actually have an interest in turning it around, unlike the ones who are currently profiting from status quo...
