IT companies get more benefits than farmers.
They do not have unions.
They do not have reservations.
They get tax benefits.
Also they want to immigrate to US .
When the labor laws are made flexible in order to promote
employment, some of the managers behave as if they are
bigger than the law of the land and cause massive emotional distress
to the employees.
Such guys should be taken to task
already happening to companies like techm with so many techm joining alumni in RMG/HR soon this will be reality to cpgemni too
boycott the company.
Let everyone know that hiring is fake.
