I just want to earn the extra SYWR you guys. Don’t need or want to work any hours but getting extra points would be nice. Please let me know if you can help or put me on the books somewhere, I’m in SE Michigan. Can be a Kmart too.

Actually OP I CAN help you, company just announced a bonus for those of us reducing our average man hours per, so adding you to my books will lower my hours per employee while allowing my regular guys to get more hours.
And yes, u still get an associate ID which will earn you extra points, how can I get ahold of you?
Yep - employees no longer qualify for extra points. Earn ‘em same as any other bloke on the street
What are extra points? How do you get those?
Can't you just work the 5-8 hours a week that is the norm for so many at my old store? You could probably go down to 3 or 4 hours if you want.
That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever heared. Put you on the books to get extra points without providing any benefit to the company.
The employees work hard for what little the company gives them in return. You need to work to get those extra points!
