Termination letters coming out on 6th or 7th Dec all misery for term employees ends that day but the stay employees still get no concrete offer until later in Dec

Depending on the department. Mainframe is safe, presales is gone except for two, digital sales/DAMs are pretty much intact, customer success is in transition except for two.
Any news from Prague? I know one guy here, but he is not responding.
Renewals are a very hard job, it require squats every five minutes to go from your desk to ring the bell. You find out a contract was renewed by refreshing your computer screen. You end-up with strong legs and deaf too

Most Prague account managers doing renewals stay and in-country renewal people will be laid off soon. Digital Presales except 2 I heard are all gone.
And how is managed the signature of the contract in HP?
Renewals under 10,000 USD will be completely automated and will have no human intervention. HP does the same so it's not uncommon in the industry.

M@thefuc!ers are taking their sweet@ss time and still hasn´t let me know what are they planning for me. I don't know what type of performance they expect from me after this kind of behaviour.
It's also worth to mention that according to CZ law the termination letter can't be sent via e-mail unless it's digitally signed by verified electronic signature and recepient confirms the recieving by verifiried electronic signature as well.
So any kind of email is for information purposes only and legal action of termination will take place most likely at the begining of Dec (according to email from HR) considering two full calendar months termination period required by CZ law people will leave company at the end of February. Not sooner.
My understanding is that there's no email notification for Prague. STAY employees will be notified by their manager and/or HR as of tomorrow. For TERM and Transition it seems we'll have some meeting next week.
