I know many people are saying we're looking at more layoffs, but from what I can see so far, nothing new happened this week.
I'm thinking if they've decided to have layoffs, they wouldn't spread it out over several weeks, but have it done as soon as possible.
Which makes me think we might be done, at least for now. Am I wrong?
Yes. There is more cuts, especially at the smaller facilities where the numbers are low.
Georgia only has about 3,700 employees- not counting doctors. Don't see how there could be 6,000 layoffs!

Layoffs in Georgia are coming. There is currently a holding pattern while leadership is determining who will be offered continued employment. The original date was Jan 2nd but that has passed. We are waiting.

I know a senior manager with NO REPORTS? Makes no sense.
1 yr of guaranteed employment will still be honored per union contract. On call or as needed. After that, positions eliminated. Turn a profit by 2020 at any cost.
What about all the Senior Managers at KP ?? Some of them have 2 direct reports ??
I was told Local 7 are safe. If union lay offs, they’re all 105 staff ?
And they don’t have a local contract !
