Smart guy, but not doing a good job. Hard to tell if his poor leadership is part of what's causing the current wave of crises, or if the current wave of crises is showing how much he's not up to the task of leading Google.

As a Google employee who recently laid myself off, it's the best decision I made in the past 5 years ... Their business model is to work you at 110% or 120% until you burn out, then fire you and hire another of the 1000+ naive sheep they interview every day ..
