I would disagree, that it makes PERFECT sense for BMc to leave.... and Yes he DID do something terribly wrong. 1) He put the company in 2.75B dollars debt. 2) He stripped the employees of every possible benefit that they once had. 3) hasn't grown the North American DMS base ANY. CDK has less DMS clients as of Q1 19 than Q4 15. 4)moved 1000's of jobs to a third world country. 6) repurchased 2B $ of CDK stock -with another 500M target for FY2019- and the stock price is steadily falling. 6) in 3 years received just shy of 50M $ in salary/bonus. 7) extended his contract an extra 6 months to the tune of another 8M $. Yeah... I think he did something terribly wrong.. but certainly not for himself. He will hit the back door running.
This completely makes no sense at all from Brian's end. I believe that he might have done something horribly wrong and now he's trying to get away with it bringing the new face in.
They should've hired a boiler room if they want their sooo called stocks go up.
10+ years ADP was so smart to jettison this piece this c-appola.

would be nice to get rid of the CTO and CIO clown show and their Accenture buddies.

and put in place a real CTO and CIO.
Considering this new guy was fired for a relationship with an employee he should fit right into the CDK culture.
This is definitely a good change, but not good enough to slow down my job search. It will take a long time before this place becomes palatable again.

Has to be better... in 2015 the new Brian Krzanich at Intel had a 90% employee approval rating.
vs. BMs rating of around 10% (and only because of the fake hr-sponsored reviews is BM that high)

Amazing. The company has a chance if he cleans house. The ELT has zero credibility at this point.
