Seems to be the prevalent one - to my great surprise.

Yes almost every MF engineer wants to stay and reverse the damage done by bikeboy. The ones who don't want to stay are ready to retire. It also seems that a lot of the ESG engineers have an affinity to their products and want to continue what they were doing.
I rather have transition but got STAY instead
Just keep this in mind: your severance comes in 1 check and is taxed like a bonus check. So realistically you should plan on netting just about half.
I get a nice severance and a retention bonus for 6 months, going to be walking away with a big smile on my face.
for the UK it is (excl. Veracode):
Divest: 11%
Stay: 35%
Transition: 21%
Term: 33%
Does anyone actually want to stay with a company run by a Reptilian?
I think like
60% Out
20% Stay
20% Transition
Think 60 to 65% are stay but many of those transition
I'm a transition which I will happily take with bonus.
yesterday i had 3 managers, today i have zero. still here though.
Not me. I'm in sales. Seems some who got the retention did not by their skill set but who they knew. Then again thats in every company. I get 6 months severance so I'll be ok for a little.
Good luck to all!
I'm a stay. I'm in support. Have only heard from one of my SDMs so far... he is out.
It's at least half the company. Myself included and I'm not middle management.
Suspect the majority of the cuts have been at middle management level - Directors, VP's etc. That's where the real money can be saved.
