Black and Decker makes the lion share of Craftman. When Sears liquidates EDDIE will profit NOT Sears.

When will this reclamation start?

From Docket 479: During the Reclamation Period, SBD sold, and the Debtors received from SBD, in the ordinary course of the parties' respective businesses, goods having an agreed price and reasonable value of not less than $7,648,983.02, resulting in a reclamation claim in the same amount.

SBD stands for Stanley Black & Decker. Some craftsman tools are from SHLD only suppliers, a lot is still from B&D. that's a big number for reclamation for a 45 day period, indicating this is a big business for SHLD. I'm sure they'll be fine with no tools and no appliances to sell.

Sears does not get craftsman from b&d They have their own suppliers. Also sears still makes money on any craftsman sold at Lowe’s for the next 14 years
