This doesn't sound likely, but in the absence of any actual information...
Unprofessional as it sounds this is the only information i have to go off of. This person may not even work at dst/ssnc but they have provided more information then upper management. For all intensive purposes I trust this unknown person who could be a troll more then upper management at this point.
