I've never seen such widespread corruption as I have at Sears. From the very top down to DMs and SMs. Meanwhile, the people making the least amount of money and doing most of the work kept the company going. Then management ruthlessly
got rid of those people so they could preserve their own positions and continue raping the company at everyone else's expense. Now they're realizing they f*cked themselves. I worked at 1171 for years and saw it all happen, day after day.
