Just received Daewoo refrigeration and Serta bedding that was listed on web site as vendor's no longer doing business with Sears ? If so many people post negative , then what is reality . Looks like maybe something is happening and there is a chance to survive , don't believe everything you hear or read , relax and give the situation time to resolve itself , best advice !

Some people here really make me laugh..."give the situation time to resolve itself"..really, laughing out loud. I am going to give 1 simple example of why every store will close....
$5,468862.65. That is Billion will a B..This is only 1 claim submitted from a vendor, and there are over 7000 listed claims in BK court.

Cleaning out the DC's. Those are items that were shipped before BK. Trying to get them into the stores where it is harder for vendors to reclaim.
Vendors shipments arriving daily not transfers. If you don't work at Innovel then don't talk out you ( ! ).

Wow, don’t be mistaken, prime clerk is the judge and jury of Sears. If anything, shld has no claim on clothes, jewels,tools,shoes,appliances,electronics,dog food,soda,parts,tires,batteries,and pharmaceuticals.
The notices don't mean sh-- unless the BK court orders the payment or other action requested.
Vendors can file reclamation notices till the end of time they are worthless unless the judge approves them. Not bs just delayed end of all
Just because the vendor filed a claim, doesn't mean Sears has to do anything until the judge rules on it. They are free to ignore it should they choose to.
If you go to prime clerk dot com you can see the official letters of the vendors that have filed claims for their merchandise. Definitely not fake. Also keep in mind many retailers liquidated through Chp. 11 most recently Bon Ton, which is what will happen with Sears, they don’t have enough cash to sustain.
Our store has been getting our regular truck deliveries. We were delayed once. Lots b---s--- on this site.
Maybe you post is false?
It could be they are trying to empty those products from the distribution centers into the stores to make it harder for the vendors to physically reclaim those items.
