ADP is down over 4 1/2 dollars a share today. Time to fire at least another 25,000 employees right Carlos? You dumb bast*rd.

Stock is up about 30% in the last 12 months or so, after that 18% decline.
Carlos should be fired on his CEO Performance alone. Stock is down nearly 18% in just the past 30 days. He is firing all the knowledge, and hiring inexperienced, cheap labor as his "vision" to fix his lack of leadership. He can't be gone soon enough.

Why does Carlos feel "entitled" to fire so many people? I did some digging and read some of the articles about his history and shady background, and he should not be leading ANY company.
Agreed. And 2020 is the year the leaders want to see how things look at ADP after all these changes, layoffs, new buildings, etc. Its a play-on of words: they call it "the 2020 vision". Give me a freaking break.
I for one say lock up his family for illegally entering this country! And lock him up for being a dirty CEO!
I find it odd how complacent people are until they are personally affected! Make no mistake, virtually all employees with any tenure (over 10 years) are on the list to be removed. It is a move that has been underway for a while, has been planned for for many years in the design, and will continue well into 2021.
ADP is in reactive mode now and is selling data centers. They are consolidating buildings into super centers ("Centers of Excuses"). They are firing/terminating employees for false reasons just to save a few dollars only to spend many times that in lazy ineffective millennial hires who are not capable and eventually walk anyhow. Bottom line: Carlos is not a good CEO. Carlos has no true vision. He is no leader. He is a thug in a suit who should have never been in the country to start with. As a result, he has inflicted pain and suffering on thousands and thousands of employees and their families for his own greedy desires.
Just imagine if he and his family were sent back, a lot vain layoffs would have been avoided!
Participating in the associate surveys and development plans didn't save me. I obviously was in the wrong place geographicly, made too much money and was too old to keep around. I busted my butt for years hoping it would help but it didn't matter, I was marked for termination simply because I didn't meet the new requirements of being younger and knowing nothing.
I can thank Carlos for making me start my career over at 55. After all of the kudos and great job accolades I received over the years I was kicked to the curb like a piece of trash because I didn't reside in El Paso. Thanks alot Carlos you piece of trash, may you choke on one of your exquisite dinners that laying me off afforded you and your family.
Yep. Carlos was brought here at age 3 by his parents illegally fleeing Cuba to the US. There is another link somewhere from a reputable newspaper that actually has more details but I can't locate that quickly. Here is one that corroborates what I repeated:
http://fortune.com/2017/06/06/adp-ceo-carlos-rodriguez-american-dream/
Carlos Rodriguez is proud of his immigrant roots and the story of how his parents fled Cuba in the 1960s and settled in Miami, Florida.
“I am definitely a living example of the American Dream,” says Rodriguez.
And as for the Americans, who worked hard for ADP for decades, they are mere casualties in his quest for greed and being allowed to stay in America.
Did Carlos parents really come here illegally (to the poster who said that)?
Do you know this for sure? Wouldn’t surprise me if course? Just curiosity basically here....
BTW you guys need to get serious, check your 401k's and any investments you may have, call your broker or firm you may be using and let them know that you do not want any ADP stock, have them switch the stock for something else so of you complain but are still invested in ADP.
If I had the chance, even for 1 second, I would send his family out of the country who came here illegally (his parents). He gets afforded all the privileges of this country and he in turn fires American workers who dedicated in many cases decades to ADP. Sounds pretty close to criminal if you ask me!
