What will be the minimum severance pay for ITC folks?

That's the severance for NA.
Indian employees get no severance.
If you just joined 2 days ago you will not be getting severance.
Severance for CA employees will be 2 weeks' pay for every 1 year you have served with CA. If you have not yet been here 1 year, you get zero.
