If any of you are considering pursuing legal action, request call recordings from any online school. Most conversations are trite, shallow conversations with very little information learned about the student and even less about the program and financial aid the student is being talked into applying for. Not to mention, I'm sure their is a gold mine of what would be considered compliance or ethical violations.....then request written documentation for the call reviews. I bet you'll also find ethical issues weren't addressed.
