Worked at Airgas a long time. It really dumped about 7 years ago and has really went down hill. Leave if you can.
This sh– company Airgas is something else. Went from a modest job paying $20hr in 2015 to a job still paying $20hr and $1200 a month health insurance benefits. I am currently enjoying unemployment and government subsidies for my health coverage. Much better than working for nothing. Airgas VP Tom Thoman told me that the wonderful Air Liquide health plan was "Unsustainable." Is your workers health unsustainable?
I think it's unavoidable. There are now more locations then business to support them.
