Prague isn't really in danger, it's basically just US locations that will see most of the cuts. ITC may become the hub but PTC will still be in the picture for the long term.
Only Prague and North America have to worry, other locations are safe.

Yes an Indian company is in the race to grab it. Support in high cost locations will be laid off post the take over.
