Is this out of whack - this is what I've got offered: L62, Base @ $140K, $12.5K RSU per year (50K for 4 years) and a 20K sign on bonus. I was expecting more but the recruiter seems to be fairly firm and is indicating that this is not negotiable. Do I have any options, I have a feeling that if I ask more time they will just walk, I really like the position but this is about 20% under (TC) if compared to what I was expecting.
Thoughts?

What is the location? Different location different deal.

When I am curious about my market worth I often come to a layoff board to find out if my offer is a good one, said no one ever.
Its about as good an offer that I have seen in fantasy land lately. You should take it.
How does it compare to your other offer?
