Will employees take severance if offered again this year?

If its 3 weeks for every year , I would take the money and run !!!!!!!
couple people in my building were let go. were offered a package.
There will be no severences offered to the general work population ever again
They are quite aware that, if offered, the exodus would leave what is left of the company, in such a state that there would be no way they could run the business.
Its a wonderful thought but sadly, its a pipe dream at this point.

DEFINITELY. would be a good opportunity to start something new. this place is not a good place to work.
It would depend on what it was. 3 weeks for every year without any stipulations would get a lot of people out the door. But for anything less, why not just stay and fight for a union? A lot of big talk about getting a better paying job, but if that was true, we all would have left by now. The truth is vacation time and seniority are hard to replace, so fight to unite and keep what we have left.
