All b---s--- hopes are given by the ITC head. He is trying to portray as though ITC will be barely impacted.

Truth is nobody here really knows. Those that know are not talking. However, some of what people are saying here may end up being true. We know Broadcom is conducting financial engineering.. from there you can take educated guesses on what octane will do.
