Thread regarding Knight Transportation Inc. layoffs

When I started working at Knight I was promised a decent bonus plan that seemed ok for me on paper, but in reality, the bosses do everything to prevent you achieving that, either by sending you to areas that pay less CMP’s or by not letting you achieve the mileage you need, so you never get to make any real money. At the same time, you are working with old trucks, and spend more time waiting for repairs than driving. You deal with incompetent and lazy managers on a daily basis that don’t care to listen to the driver, which makes getting the load that much harder. In those circumstances, it is new to impossible to achieve your miles and get the promised bonus
