Just wondering if it's possible to get laid off if you are on a sick/stress leave?

Enbridge views employees who need to take leave, including maternity leave, as being weak. If you are planning a leave and want to return to work at Enbridge, make sure you have a strong advocate in a position of authority.
Not everyone is let go when they return, but most are.
Seen it before, some one comes back from leave, works part time to re integrate, changes back over to full time, day 1 back out the door.
