The last two years that I've worked at Knight as a truck driver was definitely wasted time for me, in which the only thing that benefited me was learning about the business, giving that this was my first job in this business. In this time I’ve learned that promises are one thing, and reality is another.
I’m telling you, this company thrives on treating employees like garbidge, investing little or none into already outdated trucks, and having cheap ignorant managers. Even though they won't hesitate to sell you the “you’re lucky to have a job, at all“ story, I don’t see myself working at Knight much longer.
