Six obstacles for contestants:
The contestants will start with the “Wall of Fire”, consisting of a burning SWD facility mock-up, contestants will endure a tricky
obstacle in which they are to decide to keep
production going or stop for safety all while enduring a media firestorm.
Afterwards, contestants will come face to face with the wall of integrity. Here contestants will maneuver vertically up the wall navigating through integral issues as they proceed to senior management level, contestants will have cleared this obstacle when all integrity issues have been successfully defeated and clearly deflected to the next unsuspecting contestant.
Moving on to the “Superintendent Slither”, here contestants will slide under a narrow passage all while keeping their nose as close to the simulated supers a--. Brown nose will equal disqualification of this obstacle. Each contestant will have three backstabs for use to negate brown nose deductions.
Next, each contestant will navigate the ultimate obstacle of agility and sabotage known as the “Lightbulb Head”. Here contestants will climb the seemingly slippery surface to the top. Many contestants will not know they have fallen to the ground until it’s too late, making this obstacle all the more entertaining. ConocoPhillips experience will allow for each contestant to have a head start of approximately ten minutes.
If contestants make it past this phase they will encounter obstacle five “The Deceitful Hard Hat Sticker Challenge”, here contestants will step on hard hats afloat flaming oil spills with only hart hat stickers guiding the way to the safe and correct hard hat. One step on a counterfeit sticker bearing hard hat and in you go (You knew this work was dangerous when you signed up) will flash on the screen once a contestant has fallen in.
Last obstacle consists of the “Sink my Battleship” obstacle. Here the contestants will take a seemingly clueless and considerably
under qualified individual in a leadership position who will be positioned on a mock ship, here contestants will be given five meaningful safety protocols to throw at the leader, if the leader is left standing the contestant is eliminated.
