There’s been a lot of movement from management back and forth from AUSA TO ATS BACK TO AUSA , those sane people telling everyone how great ATS but behind closed doors complaining ATS is failing not making money etc...now those same people have been traveling taking pictures of markets and stores and making sure they are clean and nothing that needs to be repaired ???? Seems like they are prepping for some of these smaller systems to be sold ? Any truth to that ? I know anything is a possibility with this company now ....also have noticed another MSO driving out our local plant here that last few weeks so that what has really fired up the questions...these are not Cablevision markets by the way ...

That’s what some are hoping for to be sold but it’s just the plant and the ausa side. ATS employees would still be ATS unless they just sell all and hit the road. It’s just odd all the management that was talking up ATS and all the techs were forced to be ATS now are all back at ausa and the techs are left at ATS ....it’s the most unorganized company since being taken over by altice
I've always been surprised that none of the big companies have bought in whole or sections of Service Electric Cable which services large parts of east PA and parts of west and northwest NJ including wealthy towns like Sparta who would I imagine love to have a company with much better service and upgraded fiber/taps/equipment than the ancient stuff a mom and pop company like S.E is using. Probably still have a lot of 59 wire drops out there. Years ago when I was still with CV there was a rumor they were going to carve out and aquire Sparta but nothing came of it.
Forget the union! Roll out the red carpet for any one looking to buy you! Anything is better than Altice.
Heard last week ats was a s!&$ show and are underperforming. This was coming from management in legacy cablevision.
Start a Union protect what U have make it harder to sell !!!
