you're an employee, not a customer so your post is pretty dumb. it's never a good time to layoff.
Altice is the only company that would notify their employees of layoffs during National Customer Service week .

Consider yourselves lucky , I call it blessing in disguise. Why stay in a place you are not happy there are a lot of company you can work for and maybe a lot happier. Stress from work will send you 6 ft. under.
