Nothing like dials and talk time to hold people hostage by fear. It really creates an environment where we feel safe and can do things with integrity. Morale is already crushed, let’s see how far it can drop when people start getting fired because they didn’t dial “hot” leads enough.

Even if you dial the correct number of wrong numbers & hang ups, you will not be saved. Hit the sales numbers or you’re out. They’ll bring in the next robot to click click click.
Nothing like being monitored and micromanaged to make you do a better job and improve morale.
Well the FAFSA thing is just smart. It’s near impossible to get the talk time with these leads that are older than 6 months. And referrals? That’s a joke.
How about this conversation to build talk time..."so you're interested in getting a master's degree? What, you don't have a GED? Who do you know that might also be interested? Even though we aren't a good fit for you let's talk about you. How many dogs do you have?....."
Can someone please explain why staying on the phone with a student while they complete their FAFSA results in better student experience or results in better starts? All because of the fear of not hitting 3 hours daily talk time. The most commonly heard statement is "no problem, take your time... I'll put you on hold until you come back on the phone"......
They work in admissions and have to call a certain amount of potential students per day and account for what they are doing every minute of the day.
Can someone translate what the OP is saying. No clue.
