Seattle school is sitting on a very expensive piece of property that they used to own, but EDMC sold years ago. I can't imagine being able to afford staying there with empty classrooms. I'm sure the owner can't wait to build some condos for the Amazonians. My guess is they will be moving to a rental building in Tukwila if they stay open.
any campus laying people off - whether it's staying open or not - is having financial issues.
