My team is excellent only because the best people still remain. Next cut, one of us is sure to go and that will be beginning of the end of a highly effective team.
I am so much interested in knowing who is spreading that rumor, whats overall game plan? What one gets by spreading that rumor. Instead take action file complain to legal court if you have proofs. If you dont have proofs, then who gives you any rights to spread gossip and rumor?
Looks like rumor monger doesnt have any other time but peep into others life. Does he get salary for that or is it his part time business?

I didnt know you are SCARED to DEATH of ME, that you are trying hard to influence me "whom I marry" and "which industry I should join". Do you have low-self esteem? Why give suggestions for someone else to change their careers , if you want to change, go ahead. If you cant, stop rubbish advice. I am hardly influenced by you. Thanks for suggestions. Bus question is not asking your suggestions about what others should do. Its asking about your opinion about whch team "YOU" would like to join not "SOMEONE ELSE". So keep your advice and suggestions to yourself. If atll its your opinion, you dont need to give it in public because no one bothers about your career.

learn from every situation - positive or negative. Each person adn situation has something to teach you and evolve your soul. Positive situation adn people will teach you such that you GROW, negative people and situation teach you something so that you can correct deformation of your soul in that domain or area. If something doesnt match and creates peace in you it is not aligned with your soul and you need to learn from that person or situation. Its that simple. If you adopt this approach you learn every moment of life.
All I learned: Join a team that is positive, highly educated yet humble, positive people from whom you can learn a lot and grow. No point in joiing manipulative people, negative people who are constatly fault finders ( that doesnt mean no one should find fault but there is way, method, timing, mechanism to do that without criticizing person. Criticize his method, idea, or behavior but no point in criticizing person and name-calling). I have learned too hw to ignore people and keep distance people who criticize YOU personally that providing constructive feedback. PEACE !
I dont join any team for short term basis or use manipulation technique. That wrks only short term. You can fool all once, but not all time. You cannot work or do business just to gain for yourself too. If you do and think only f yourself, next time NO one will join your team. Good manager shows that they are trustworthy. You can manipulate and win once but thats it, next time I will steer clear of such person. And I will tell 10 other people to steer clear.
MS from Video uses other local people to talk to you dirty and all tell them to add in google+ account. So he can use this to ruin other's reputation. Wow, after doing all this, what he got from that? How many people really like working with him genuinely? How many people he could recruit, not as contract employee as direct? How many could he retain?

Manager must be secured and confident in himself. Highly insecured managers drive people crazy because they are crazy themselves. They will use team members to pit against themselves, just so that these insecured jackasses can survive.
If manager is afraid of team members "power" then no matter which team you join you will have to walk on egg shells.
