Wow, let’s see how this plays out. If they offer packages to get low performers out the door, we will see a race to the bottom so we can get a pay day to leave.
Are they really giving packages at all of the Contact Centers?
Reps in call centers got letters today with a pkg offer if they choose or if they stay they have to keep their scores above metrics... Being told that anyone on corrective action or action plan for under performance got the letter... Very scary place .. What a great customer service week this is going to be ..Thanks Altice you really know how to keep a company going...
Just remember there is always someone on the bottom. The guys off the load will eventually have to perform too. It's an elimination system. Management has their metrics too. Same will happen to them. Fellas this is no longer a career.
Lost 3 guys last week. One to lirr 2 to moving out of state. Then they hire these poor new guys with 4 weeks of training an a ride out with a tech that uses them as a gofer. Laying off guys in red is not the answer. How about more than 1.44 hours for a 6 box altice 1 install.

There is no way they could get away with getting rid of techs for b.s. numbers if we had some representation. How about they look at getting rid of our c-appy management and incompetent supervisors instead of laying all of the failures at the feet of the workers. BTW, WHAT TIME IS IT!

considering we just got our YTD numbers in my shop today, this sort of doesn't surprise me. Get your butt in gear and put in work.
