I read quite a few articles on this subject lately, and I gotta tell you, all of them have been a sad reminder of how much mess we are in. Maybe it's time to face the facts, but the company officials apparently don’t want to do that, but rather chose to live far from reality. In the situation where we have a massive attrition of customers on a daily basis for some time now,and basically the only people that aren’t dumping Frontier are the ones that don’t have a choice, the only thing they have to say is complain about high cost of providing customer services. If this isn’t a wake up call, I don’t know what is.Competitors are gaining up, and it won’t be too long before there won’t be any areas in which we have an exclusive presence. Who do you think the customers will choose then?
