Things will change but only for the worse if you are an employee or retiree. This new guy is only loyal to Wall Street and not any of the other stakeholders.

Of the 10 listed on GE's Governance page, the dates they have been on the board since 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2016, March of 2017, October of 2017, and two of them since February of 2018.

Not the same BOD. Reduced in number, multiple new folks from outside GE, shortly after Flannery was appointed. Will it make a difference? Can things get much worse?

The same BOD that was negligent in allowing JI to destroy GE, the same BOD that carelessly appointed JF, only to remove him 14 months later...this is the BOD that just appointed Culp. God help us

not unless, they get rid of all of the existing leaders (Officers, SEBs and EBs). streamline Power/Renewables and pull back on the Healthcare deal then streamline that business. these full sell-off/divestitures are ridiculous
