I'm keeping my fingers crossed I get the good news today. I know I'm not the only one. How can anybody still want to remain at this place? I can understand people who want to ride it out because they are close to retirement, but other than that? Everybody should be finding a way to get out of this mess.

Like you I wanted the redundancy and managed to get it in 2016.
It was touch and go. They were on verge of finding me an alternate role and then had a hiring freeze.
HR telling me this bad news that may result in me being made redundant and having to put phone on mute in case my whoop whooping could be heard. I think it’s the first time I have done a litttle dance in a conference room 🤣
