So basically Blake has had an increase of 8.92% running a loss making company while DQE staff have had a pay freeze for 3 years and pay reductions, this year we’re getting a2% increase, he never mentioned that in his townhall meeting, so Blake, take my 10% pay cut, 3 years of no increases, I’ll make that 7.5%, double it that’s 35 %, add a bit more and that’s how much less productivity you will get from me, sooner you’re gone the better, go squash some grapes you’ll be good at that.
