They try to brag about the new computerized hr data base, how effective and fast it will be, and yet at the same time they say you will have to wait 4 months for a possible pay raise after completing the company wide mandatory evaluations in December. Outstanding!

We could do what other companies do. Promote MCD as a great place to work. Conduct internal cheerleading meetings to identify the sheep and the free thinkers. Get rid of everyone who does buy in. Think of all the money we'd save on rent once the facilities are completely vacant. Between that and the one morale boosting project, we might make money. Are you listenin', Stewie?
