@Vq51zVa-lbz Thanks -- you're right. I remembered that -- only admins can remove posts -- and then forgot it. I'm losing my mind. There sure were insults in that post and subsequent comments, but I didn't care; they exposed truths about the commenter.

So, what is the bottom line with Woz U? Are they seriously offering federal financial aid to students even though the program is not accredited?
I don't find this too hard to believe since the for-profit I used to work for did something similar. Their certificate programs weren't eligible for financial aid but their associate degree programs were. All students were enrolled in degree programs and were given the option of stopping at the end of their core classes and taking the certificate or continuing on with gen ed classes to complete a degree.
When you've been involved in the business of education as long as I have, nothing surprises you. The stories I could tell about the abuses of this industry...

Btw, posters cannot take down posts here, only site admins can. They usually do that if post violate one of the site rules (threats, personal insults, cyber-bullying are not allowed, can see the full list in their content rules). Site admin usually removes the post in violation and blocks the poster’s IP.
