So sad yet so true. QCOM used to win win win. That was under Irwin. The last few plus years have been disastrous under current CEO lack of vision, poor leadership, lies. How many times in all hands meetings have we been told all is well, the judge/court/commission etc just didn't understand our technology and we will surely win on appeal. He's either a great poker player or a true loser. Qcom has been set up for hard times given the last 5 years of decision making
That is certainly a one-sided article without any technical merits. The intel dude is speaking like politicians talking about the history of QUALCOMM's fines. There are tons of cases where Qualcomm has won too that has been left out. Reading that article, I can see that the VP of Intel is another jack a--.
