Hearing a lot of chatter that west nyack Depot and the FTTH project are looking to go union. Is this true or just more high school drama ?

They must have heard they will be losing the m-f.
West nyack had a campaign with cwa a couple years ago and cwa pulled the campaign a week before the vote cause they felt they didnt have enough votes to win. I think cwa lost respect after that. They shoulda just went to a vote. They might have won. I feel enough techs wanted it in all the depts.

This is the type of ignorance that management loves to hear from the workforce.
You have techs that associate having an "easy gig" with not wanting to be unionized. You gotta be freekin' kiddin' me?
Message to West Nyack:
- Stop with all the "chatter" and take action. If you're serious about securing what you have left then do what you need to do; Contact your local union rep, get cards signed, file for an election, then vote YES.
