Post above correct. I was forced to give group 3s to fit into curve. Fun times. Our group was hit by layoffs, had to take on additional responsibility, no backfills, work longer hours and now I get to break the good news little bonus/merit, no RSUs, but hey be thankful you work for a great company like QCOM. Of course this is highly dependent on which group you work for, I have seen other groups that were not impacted, do little and they seem to make out fine.

They are still working on fitting everyone into the distribution curve. Your reviews don’t matter, they just have to hit the math.

Maangers do not have the reviews yet. The feedback to employees starts Oct 8, so the maangers will get the results by that time.

Bonus and RSUs are not known yet and managers will not have access to them till November

From my understanding we won't get our review till week after next and raises won't take effect till after Nov 17. Awards are supposedly early December but not entirely sure.
