You can fool your employees, but not the customers

Yes they lost Wells Fargo. It’s not just Wells Fargo, they lost Bank of America, Kaiser, Facebook, Apple, procter and gamble, GE..etc in last two years because of incapable management and leadership teams. These guys always sign off customer solutions by manipulating bug count how they do for product GA. You can fool your employees by showing bad quality products as great achievements but same if you try with customer you loose your credibility and project and that’s what exactly happened with some good enterprise customers.

What was the shortage in revenue last 3 quarters? No signs of any layoffs. Will this company still be in business?

Again as I said trusting or not is individual choice. We are trying to help the people. Company should recover the shortage of last three quarters revenue . How it is achieved is the question now. Is leadership effected or employees effected we will know this month.

The management is still in tact. All the incompetent people in that team. So, this news about them getting laid off is fake news.

Very simple logic, many of management knows that there is layoff discussions going on this portal. Did anyone for management came up and told that it’s fake news?

We are sharing the news whatever we heard from reliable resources. This is just heads-up, the awareness was missing in last two layoffs so we just want to make sure no one face the situation again what happened in 2017. Trusting or not is individual choice. Just think once what changed in one year so layoffs can't happen?

Is company getting profits every quarter?

Did MetricStream got new big enterprise customers?

Is new management or leadership is showing progress to bring changes?

Is old leadership team is out of company?

People, Product, Quality, revenue targets not changed, no new customers - after all if no layoffs it is good for company and employees. We are not from the people who want to see employees struggles with layoffs and feel happy.

Yes, but they still manage to dupe customers and pay to get themselves rated high. Many customers gone, but they always find new s---ers. Very sad that this company resorts to unethical ways.
