Yes they lost Wells Fargo. It’s not just Wells Fargo, they lost Bank of America, Kaiser, Facebook, Apple, procter and gamble, GE..etc in last two years because of incapable management and leadership teams. These guys always sign off customer solutions by manipulating bug count how they do for product GA. You can fool your employees by showing bad quality products as great achievements but same if you try with customer you loose your credibility and project and that’s what exactly happened with some good enterprise customers.
