There has to be a better Way

Now, if you wanted to rid yourself of financially cumbersome education products such as the Art Institutes, could you think of a better way. Think about it. It is kind of a "what me worry" proposition; lay off the full-time teaching staff (that will save some bucks), demote the admin staff, and drop student/faculty services. What's left--a chaotic situation with little direction or leadership. DCEH can then turn to the Department of Education and say, "Well, we tried, but minimalism just didn't work like we thought it would.

This is all a ruse to say they tried just like you said and liquidate whatever assets are left and shut them all down.
