Intel looks like a mite bystant here.... I am sure apple did something nasty and QC and Intel are bearing the burnt
I think the best thing is to get this case to trial and let an unbiased jury determine the outcome.
The back and forth is ridiculous. Qualcomm has been double dipping from Qualcomm (and others) with their licensing agreements.
Take it to court and be done with it.
Qualcomm is no longer a leader, it is proving it at every moment. Blaming Blaming blaming. Leaders dont blame, they take responsibility. Qualcomm doesnt know anything of responsibility. this is clear sign why they blame and complain non stop.
