Just on a temporary basis. Put STAR on one team and imbed troubleshooting professionals with that team. Let them tweak for 3 months then roll it back out. This shrug your shoulders because it doesn’t work is KILLING productivity and morale. The system is a joke and is clearly not the original direction they wanted to go. They cheaped out and didn’t prepare. Now it’s a sh--show and no one is fixing anything.

You mean they could’ve thought this through better? No way. Our leadership doesn’t consistently make mistakes like that!
