Nielsen engages in discriminatory hiring by favoring H1B visa holders over US citizens.
Many TCSers have been recruited by Nielsen over the last four years , did they replace any existing Nielsen workforce? That's questionable. Basically it's about how much you pay for what you get - it's not different for TCS or Nielsen
