Latest round of layoffs includes some managers this time. Poor choices continue at nThrive. Culture evolution continues and not in a good way. Those who worked tirelessly to make the company better are now being let go. Shameful. Jobs continue to be going to India and no retraining within. Would not recommend this company to any facility or as a potential employer. While the benefits and pay are really good, it is not worth the aggravation and imbalance in work/personal life. Truly a sad degradation of a company that was poised to be truly excellent but instead continues to speak out both sides of their mouths. Six weeks ago it was reported to all employees that the company continues to grow and we're millions above the projected budget, now they have the largest lay off yet. Someone, somewhere is not being truthful and if you do not have trust, you do not have good employees.

You mean millions above the budget that was lowered since Q1 was missed by a huge margin? I wonder if the 2.5 year implementation lead time is improving? And now nThrive is going to ‘save’ Athenahealth? I think it’s the other way around. Pamplona is trying to recoup whatever they can from this train wreck.
