With the survey coming out today, you know it’s only a matter of time. Do not say you are actively looking unless you want to be walked out immediately!

Heard 300 had voluntarily quit. The ones that stayed should do as little as possible. Some would have guilt about not doing enough for the pay they receive, but that sure didn't bother the execs, and the golden parachutes they forced upon SS&C are above and beyond that. Who is overpaid, the worker who didn't earn quite all of her 5 figure salary or the execs that spewed hypocrisy and received 6, 7, 8 figure packages?
A week later still no no survey he must be on d--gs or something lol
Are so many people quitting they are having to do this? Or is it to judge how many ppl they need to layoff? :/
Don't give them any information.
You owe them nothing.
Look for work and keep on the down low.
I wouldn't even give a two week notice.
We didn’t receive a survey in Quincy.
What survey? I am actively looking. Got an interview later this week.
What survey? I was off Monday and today due to the flu. Also aren’t the surveys usually anonymous?
What survey are you talking about? And if you do receive the survey and confirm you are actively looking, will you get severance still?
