Jump ship while you can . more store closures are coming and just like everything else , they'll lie to your face then fire you the same day. Look at the utah stores that are being sold off!!! Look at the Las Vegas stores that went to shi*. Now you have no knowledge and no sales. Look at the brilliant leader they brought from texas!!! Just be glad his contract is almost up and im sure the pos will be fired too!!! Couldn't happen to a better man if you ask me!!!

Seriously?... What is in Utah?? I'm imagining there isn't a DC within it so AAP has to pay for routes to be taken across multiple states, not a highly populated area thus no opportunity to grow, etc... cant say i blame the company for closing the stores there and erecting others elsewhere that show more opportunity. That's not criminal, that's just good business sense.
This company has lost so many long term experienced team members. It’s seams as if the employees that cared about taking care of the customers are of little value to the company .
Advance has too many stores in certain areas and needs to eliminate quite a few since they s--- at customer service and employee retention. The only ones that will make out are the ones at the top and in the know that will cash out and make millions before this company collapses.
